ARC Terminals: terminal company, storage for gasoline, diesel and bio-diesel

Arc Terminals LP is an independent for-hire terminal company that receives and distributes refined petroleum products throughout the United States via pipeline, barge, rail and truck. Arc conducts its business primarily through long-term contracts with third party customers; however, Arc will provide terminalling services under short term contracts, if the opportunity exists.

Arc does not own or market petroleum product stored in its terminals and thereby does not compete with its customers. Arc's strategy as an independent terminal company enables its management team to concentrate on environmental, health and safety compliance and provide reliable service to its customers with the highest level of confidentiality.

Arc Terminals GP LLC is the general partner of Arc Terminals LP, and is a wholly owned subsidiary of Lightfoot Capital Partners, LP.
