Arc Terminals LP

Arc Terminals LP is an independent terminal company that provides third-party customers storage and delivery services for gasoline, diesel and bio-diesel, aviation gas, ethanol and other liquid products. Arc Terminals was formed in 2007 through the acquisition of seven petroleum product terminals located in five states with a combined capacity of approximately 1.5 million barrels of storage.

Arc Terminals' strategy is to own and operate a premier, "for-hire" terminal company by expanding the capabilities of its existing terminals, and acquiring or developing additional terminals.

Arc Terminals GP LLC, is the general partner of Arc Terminals LP, and is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Lightfoot Capital Partners, LP.

October 17, 2007 — Arc Terminals LP announced that it has completed the acquisition of a 50% ownership interest in a refined petroleum products terminal located in Spartanburg, South Carolina. With the Spartanburg Terminal acquisition, Arc Terminals now has eight terminals located in six states, with a combined tank capacity of 1.77 million barrels.

July 12, 2007 — Arc Terminals LP acquired seven petroleum product terminals located in Ohio, Virginia, North Carolina, Illinois and Wisconsin. The terminals have a combined working capacity of approximately 1.5 million barrels and provide storage and delivery services for gasoline, diesel and bio-diesel, aviation gas, and ethanol.
